@  2013bossgrab... : (15 May 2013 - 12:12 AM) Had a great time at Boss Track Attack!  Enjoyed every minute of it.  Great instruction, great driving, having never done something like this before, I had a great time.  The instructor hot laps was great.  I really appreciated the instructor ride along.  The heel toe exercises were tough for me need more practice for sure.  I got passed a few times when we were allowed to pass, that's OK.  I am just a novice and have a lot to learn.  A must go when you get the chance.

@  beemer : (11 May 2013 - 11:42 AM) I purchased my LS used with 2100 miles on the OD.  Spoke with the Miller folks about doing the Track Attack since I believe the original owner didn't.  I was advised no exceptions to the rules.  Interesting since they want you to stay additional days that you pay for.  If a single track day is $1000, a good PR move would be to take 50% off the cost of the Boss Track Attack which must be in the $1000 range for new Boss owners outside the first time owners rule who agree to sign up for the additional Miller track days.  Miller management could work it out with Ford.  Everyone wins in the end.  The Boss owner goes to the Track Attack, Miller makes more $s, and the SLC economy gets more visitors.

@  Bad Boss 302 : (10 May 2013 - 08:02 PM) Thanks to all my well-wishers on my hip replacement & recovery. The hip has been in for about 2 weeks and I've already worn out the wheels on my walker. LOL to LSECO - of course the first thing I asked my doc was where the replacement hip was made. To my extreme pleasure, it is designed, engineered, manufactured, packaged, shipped, and installed in the good old USA. Brand name is Stryker and the doc says it's the Boss 302 of all the hips currently available. Should get 20+ years out of it if I give up running, jogging, and other hi-impact sports. Lucky I have a old Ranger pickup truck with bench seat because it's the only car I can get into to drive at this time. I got into my 2004 Focus SVT but couldn't work the clutch. For some reason I can't even get close to getting in the Boss.
@  Rich B. : (09 May 2013 - 11:52 AM) Quick recovery BB302, neighbor has both hips done. 2nd this past Dec., he's like 90 and doing good. Had to have same hip done twice over also, didn't last. But is getting around great compared to prior. Do wonders these days....

@  BOTIEB8 : (03 May 2013 - 07:45 AM) Quick update on the Boss: The dealership could not find the reason for the misfire error code. No software update was needed.  In short they flashed the PCM reinstalled TracKey and everything is good.  The mechanic wrote a long narrative on what was done/not done, which made me very happy.  Just in time for the weekend!
