What to say, what to say. Well, mainly that it lives up to all the hype and then some. If you are a prior boss or shelby owner you will NOT be disappointed. I've had quite a list of cars over the years and the best way to describe it is this... what you would expect of a next generation Boss + top end speed and seat push of the 07-09 gt500 with tvs blower + handling that surpasses the Camaro 1LE + some surprisingly reminiscent engine feel from the beloved S2000 when taking it to full song (except that everything happens at 3-4 times the speed). That about sums it up and the fact that I would have no problem paying a little over sticker MSRP knowing what I know now.

Also, make sure you test fit yourself into the new Recaro seats if you go for a track pack. They are definitely tighter than the Recaro seats from the Boss but if they fit you it's like a dream when cornering. Otherwise the non-Recaro seats from the electronics package reminded me of the Recaro seats from the boss, balancing function and comfort.

The following videos helped me in the final decision for making the jump. Hopefully they will help you as well.

Cheers!

Didn't realize one was actually purchased and on this forum. Not getting much attention here but that's great. Getting the car that's great, not the no attention. I threw around the idea but finally decided not to (all in a variety of posts somewheres here). Think I'm one of the founding members over on the GT350 forum but just not active there these days.

Would like to see some more photos and owner thoughts after 6 months ownership. I find everything quite impressive but maybe after the newness wears off? Like what happened with the Bosses, nobody'd be looking or buying otherwise?

I have a '16 Track Pack car in Avalanche / Blue. Pics look white, but it's Grey. Turns out it's 1 of 74 Track Packs in Avalanche with Blue, making it very rare. It was one year old on June 26 2017. I'm a thin guy, so the Recaros are OK, but not gonna lie.....they're TIGHT! ;)

I am probably one of the last guys that has NOT had the oil hose recall done. I have purposely waited two fold....one to make sure the techs are well versed in the repair, and two: so the fervor of (wanting to test drive a 350 after service) had mostly worn off. :baby:  LOL

So consequently the car only has like 900 miles on it. I also have other cars to spread the seat time around. I can't wait to get it repaired and it's first oil change performed, so I can get-it-on!! I have had the car at 8200 rpm's on many occasions, and man oh man is that exhilarating in "Sport" mode!!!!! :happy feet:  :happy feet:  :happy feet:

I am jacked up to get my new Boss here to compare....can't wait.

Will like to hear how you compare them with each other. One is plenty enough in my case.

How is the steering feel?  Does it have hydraulic steering?  Seems so many cars these days have electric steering and you have no idea what's going on...even my wife's Boxster has electric steering and I have a hard time pushing it hard because of the lack of feel.

I like the electric steering in my Boss, I feel like I receive good feedback. Ford's got it pretty well down.

The steering in the 350 is ultra sensitive!! I believe it's electric. The ratio is obviously "track sensitive", as this car really was designed for such use. Plus it does help I suppose, that I have NEVER driven the car more than about 10' without being in SPORT mode.

On a side note..... I also intend on never using the grey key in the BOSS. :happy feet:

Edit- The engine "lope" at idle is reason enuf not to ever use the grey key!
